Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on non working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gramm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Gramm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

If for some unfortunate reason you have found yourself on this part of the site not to worry, were gonna sort it out.
To enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-day Returns Policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

To be eligible for a return you must follow the below –
- We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product
- The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and is in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit will be issued vie email.
